The difference between spring cone crusher and hydraulic cone crusher

Because the crushing chamber of spring crusher is single particle crushing type, and the materials are crushed between the lining plates, the proportion of flat and long material particles in the product is large. The lining plate life is short, and the spring's iron-transferring journey is small. Besides, the cavity cleaning is difficult, and it is inconvenient to adjust discharge port by push cylinder, therefore, the spring cone crusher is undesirable gradually. At the same time, hydraulic cone crusher is becoming more and more popular. The hydraulic cylinder of the equipment replaces the spring to provide overload protection, and there is a function of clearing the cavity. The overload protection stroke is increased, and the reaction is sensitive and the efficiency is improved. It is worth mentioning the lamination crushing principle of hydraulic cone crusher. In this case, the crushing occurs between the materials. The defective materials and the materials with flat and long grain are crushed first. The finished product is cubic, and the liner life is basically not affected.
