YK series Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen are used to separate material into different sizes for further processing. Material is delivered onto the screen surface where it is moved by being vibrated and rolled with a circular motion.The PYM Vibrating Screen has earned its name from the long semicircular motion which makes this machine one of the most efficient designs to date.

A vibrating Screen mainly consists of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis and other components. Driven by the motor and V-belt, the eccentric block of the vibrating screen would rotate at a high speed, which exerts strong centrifugal inertia force to stimulate the screen box move in a circular motion within specific amplitude. During operation, materials on the inclined screen surface are subjected to the impulse transmitted from the screen box so that they are put in a continuous throwing motion, in this period, particles smaller than the mesh size are sieved out and divided into different sizes.
